Mgr. Martin Dymáček, LL. M.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno in 2003 and received his LL.M. degree from Stockholm University in 2005. For five years he worked as an in-house lawyer at one of the largest Czech banks, focusing on litigation and arbitration. He also gained experience in leading Prague law firms specialising in real estate and life science (pharmaceutical and medical device law). Since 2015 he has been practicing law in his own law firm in close cooperation with Martin and Alena. Together they decided to join forces and from 2022 they will act under the joint brand M2A Partners.

Martin’s domain is public health insurance issues (medicines, medical devices), representing clients before administrative authorities and courts, as well as providing general legal services according to clients’ needs. He is also intensively involved in land-use planning and construction law, in which he has practical experience from the position of investors, municipalities and individual owners. Martin served for many years as a councillor and from 2018 to 2022 also as a deputy mayor of the municipality of Husinec, when he was mainly responsible for the preparation of the new zoning plan and negotiations with residential developers.
