Mgr. Martin Jarolín

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava in 2005. He started his legal practice in law firms focusing on corporate, commercial and civil law in the Slovak Republic. After 2 years of practice in Slovakia, he continued to gain practical experience in a Prague law firm focusing on providing legal services to companies marketing pharmaceuticals, medical devices and dietary supplements. In this practice he started to focus on clinical trials and personal data protection. This is also where his collaboration with Martin Schimmer and Martin Dymáček began. In 2011, he became a lawyer in the Czech Republic. For several years, he provided his services as a “secondment” in the legal department of a multinational pharmaceutical company. In 2015, he and Martin Schimmer started working under the joint name 2MartinsLegal and now he continues to practice independently and in cooperation with M2A Partners. His practice focuses on providing services in the area of pharmaceuticals law and data protection. He enjoys following the application of the law in various areas of private and public law.
