Welcome to the website of our law firm. M2A Partners was founded by Martin Schimmer, Alena \u0160ildov\u00e1 and Martin Dym\u00e1\u010dek when they merged their original brands 2Martinslegal and Dymaceklegal after years of close cooperation. <\/p>\n

Initially, our offices focused primarily on providing legal services to clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, e.g., in the entry of pharmaceuticals and medical devices into the market, obtaining pricing and reimbursement from health insurance, disputes with health insurance companies, administrative authorities, etc. We have extensive experience in this area and our clients are major companies in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry due to our reputation. <\/p>\n

Along with the expansion of our team, our services began to focus on other areas. We now provide our clients with a complete corporate legal agenda, e.g. preparation and review of employment documents, preparation of contractual documents and their review for compliance with legal regulations and internal corporate rules, representation in disputes with third parties, preparation of transactional documents, legal advice on public procurement, processing of personal data, etc. <\/p>\n

We also intensively deal with issues of land use planning, real estate law (transactions, preparation of owner’s declarations, etc.) and issues of land use and construction proceedings, both from the position of owners and investors and from the position of municipalities and associations. In addition to life science, construction law is our second domain. However, we also provide legal services in other areas of law, such as family law, general contract law, commercial law, etc. <\/p>\n

We pride ourselves on a personal approach, complete loyalty, discretion, and above all, precise and professional work. Our principle is to save your time and energy, we try to solve everything so that the client receives the final product according to his specific needs with minimum effort. We have a large enough team of experienced attorneys and paralegals to represent individuals and corporations, to give you individual attention in dealing with complex life situations, but also to handle large assignments. <\/p>\n
