Pursuant to Section 14 of Act No.634\/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, if a client claims against a lawyer under a contract for the provision of legal services by a lawyer and the lawyer does not satisfy the claim or there is no other resolution of the dispute, the client as a consumer has the option of taking his claim to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body.<\/p>\n
