Marek graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palack\u00fd University in Olomouc (2019). He spent part of his studies in the UK, where he focused on international commercial and financial law. He successfully passed the bar exam in 2023. <\/p>\n

He has gained extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, real estate, M&A and litigation. He has provided legal support to corporate clients, developers and municipalities. <\/p>\n

In recent years he has specialised mainly in competition law, commercial law and litigation. He focused on the preparation of administrative actions and submissions to administrative courts, documents for merger notifications, documentation for proceedings before the Office of Competition and the European Commission, including FSR notifications. He also has experience in complex commercial contracts and employment law. <\/p>\n

In our office, he focuses mainly on real estate law, including construction law and zoning issues.<\/p>\n
