Our clients include small and medium-sized developers, cities and municipalities, investors, or simply married couples who want to buy an apartment or submit comments on a zoning plan. • You’ll also find general practice services here, but it’s true that our work revolves more or less around the areas mentioned above and the needs of our regular clients. We excel in these areas and are happy to share our expertise with you.

Do you need two days a week to focus on your own business? Or do you want to specialize solely in real estate and not even hear about pharmaceuticals and medical devices? Are you preparing for exams? No problem—we’ll find a model that works for both of us.

What do we need from you?

• We need you to have a solid foundation in both Czech and EU law.
• You certainly won’t get by here without a solid foundation in administrative and civil law.
• We want you to be able to think about a problem in a broader context and speak the client’s language. The goal is to help the client solve their problem, not to rack up as many billable hours as possible.
• Unfortunately, it won’t work without fluent spoken and written English.
• The desire to work on yourself is the foundation for moving forward.
• We expect associates to have at least basic practical experience (ideally 2+ years of experience) and the ability to handle simpler assignments independently.
• We’re looking for a long-term partner and colleague. If you know you want to go completely independent in a year, please look for another firm 😊.

What about the reward?

If the job description above fits you and we get along well on a personal level, we’ll definitely be able to come to an agreement on compensation. Generally speaking, you can expect a salary based on your background, experience, and skills. For a full-time position, it can range from 80,000 to 130,000 CZK per month. For associates, compensation will be commensurate with their level of experience and degree of autonomy.
