Alena holds a master’s and a doctorate degree from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. She practiced as an associate at a general practice law firm in Prague. Since her studies, she has been working in the field of pharmaceutical law, especially from the perspective of advertising regulation, to which she devoted her rigorous thesis. Since 2017 she has been practicing law in close cooperation with Martin and Martin.
Her domain is the real estate agenda and in our office she provides professional services, for example, in cooperation with developers from construction to demarcation of units and sale of real estate to end clients, including representation in related proceedings. She also handles general litigation and non-contentious matters and represents our clients in criminal proceedings.
