Martin earned his master’s degree from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and completed his legal clerkship at a Prague law firm specializing in pharmaceutical law, where he subsequently continued to work after passing the bar exam.
He then founded his own firm, 2Martins Legal, together with Martin Jarolín, continuing to focus on clients that develop and market pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other products and services in the life sciences sector. Gradually strengthening collaboration with Martin Dymáček and Alena Šildová then led to the decision to establish M2A Partners.
Martin focuses on legal services related to pharmaceutical products, from their development, through registration, market access, distribution, and commercial relationships, to their promotion. He assists clients in their day-to-day business operations as well as in evaluating and structuring complex M&A or licensing transactions, and represents them in administrative and court proceedings.
