After graduating from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, she joined a specialized Prague law firm focused on health and pharmaceutical law as a law clerk. It was here, among other things, that she first met all the current partners of M2A Partners.
Since 2015, she has been providing legal services as an attorney-at-law, first in cooperation with Martin Schimmer and Martin Jarolín (then operating under the joint name 2MartinsLegal) and now M2A Partners. She briefly interrupted her legal practice when in 2016 she accepted an offer of a work placement at the European Medicines Agency’s legal department.
The experience gained in the private and public (European) sector is mainly used in the areas of life science and data protection. His long-term focus is on legal advice and legal representation of clients, especially in matters related to the conduct of clinical trials and contractual relations within them, in matters related to the marketing of various types of pharmaceutical products, including their promotion, or regarding cooperation and other interactions between pharmaceutical companies, healthcare professionals and/or patients.
