On 30 November 2022, the Ministry of Health issued a new price regulation on the regulation of prices of medicinal products, which brings a relatively significant change in the legislation.
Although the actual impact on the functioning of the price regulation and reimbursement system is not expected to be substantial, it offers unprecedented opportunities for marketing authorisation holders and their Czech subsidiaries to set up commercial transactions in accordance with the principles of intra-group transfer pricing.
Together with Pharmadvice, s.r.o., we would like to invite you to a seminar where we will discuss the impacts in detail.
And, as is customary at our seminars, we will also introduce you to new developments and changes in the decision-making practice of the SÚKL and the Ministry of Health that may be useful to you.
The amendment to the Act on Public Health Insurance also introduced a special institute – the determination of reimbursement for a medicinal product significant from the point of view of public health protection, which will be the subject of the last topic of our seminar.
So if you want to be clear about the new legislation, or just remind yourself about it, or discuss it, then we have prepared a hybrid seminar for you, where we will deal with these topics.
